As far as words go, I've been using AI to play around with things like artist statements, project statements, etc— it sometimes comes back with new ways of framing things that I wouldn't have thought of. Always still requires a lot of editing though.
100%. I think it works well as a shortcut, because it's much easier editing someone else's work (even if it's AI regurgitating what you wrote)— it allows an objectivity that's difficult to achieve in your own work.

Yes, I've done the same with writing. It does have its value but you have to do some work to make the writing sound like yourself after.
